SECOND CHANCE CHOIR IS A ONE MAN IMMERSIVE THEATRical experience
A world famous singer songwriter is forced to do community service in a small Australian regional town by becoming the towns choir master. During a series of sessions with the choir he shares his story of addiction and fall from grace and is forced to admit this choir might be his last, second chance…
During the work the audience becomes the local choir, giving their own personal experiences and regrets the opportunity to see the light of day.
The audience enters to find a wall of ‘regrets.’ They are instructed to pick one. The wall is covered is moments and experiences, words, feelings and emotions that they respond to. During the show these words are gathered and used to write a new song in the climax of the piece.
The work is currently preparing for its debut season.
ABOUT BRADLEY MCCAW
First hailed a ‘creative chameleon’ at the age of 17, his journey to become “Brisbane’s own Billy Joel” (Courier Mail) started as a struggling actor and trained classical singer, touring the world as a member of award winning singing group ‘The Ten Tenors.’ During this time he begun developing his own musicals and his craft as a writer, creating the early drafts of this original musical theatre works in Australia (A LITTLE PRINCESS, THE OASIS, ANY MOMENT), several full length plays & award winning cabaret works performed globally. In 2019, after the world premiere of his first musical BECOMING BILL at Brisbane Powerhouse, covid struck and Bradley decided to take a break from producing musicals.
In 2020 he begun a business partnership with Pforma Holdings and launched his own record label (OLD FASHIONED RECORDS) releasing his old school inspired debut album WORRIED MINDS (Old Fashioned Records) that “reminds you of the classic hits of the '70s and ‘80s.” (Scenestr) and received National tv/radio and started work on his second album ‘LAST STOP TILL CALIFORNIA.’
In 2025, he re branded his once ‘Old Fashioned Production Company’ under the new social media channel BRADLEY MCCAW MAKES MUSICALS alongside a brand new revue celebrating this first decade creating musicals PRETTY SONGS, performed at Redcliffe Musical Theatre in July 2025.
After 7 years in development, his song cycle musical ANY MOMENT received its Pilot Production at Pip Theatre in January 2026, receiving rave reviews and incredible audience response.
